League Website Permission System
ClubSetup offers a unique roles permission based system that allows for 5 different admin roles to be assigned. This is a great way to distribute the work load and involve other volunteers into creating and maintaining a thriving youth sports website that fully meets the needs of all.
Administrative roles for your youth sports website are:
1) Org Admin – The Org Admin has organization wide role access rights to the entire site. Org Admins can create and edit any content for the organization, divisions, teams, and groups. Org Admins control the look and feel of the website, online registration, all reports, divisions, teams, schedules, fund raising, have access to content where they can publish/unpublish pages and blocks. The Org Admin can do everything that any other admin role can perform. Org Admins can assign any role to any user including the role of an Org Admin.
2) Registration Admin - the ability to set up online registrations, division creation, view online registrations, reports, e store admin (discounts, coupons, payment settings, store info), player reports. Reg Admin also controls the fundraising, sponsor block, ad placement (in left sidebar), donations, and e-store catalog content. They have will have access rights (edit, publish, unpublish but NOT delete) to the fund raising block. Reg Admins cannot assign any roles to anyone.
3) Communication Admin -- This admin controls the content in Forums, Polls, Newsletters, Event Calendars, and announcements. They can have edit rights to the center content area. They will have access rights (edit, publish, unpublish but NOT delete) to the Field Status block. Communication Admins cannot assign any roles to anyone.
4) Division Admin – This role enables you to create divisions, teams, rosters, locations, schedules, and update game results. A division admin may assign another Division Admin and can assign any Team Admin to any team.
5) Team Admin – This role allows an individual to control the content for the assigned team: team page content, team slide show pictures, team calendar events, team announcements, team notifications. The team admin has the ability to create rosters and player profile pages for their assigned teams. The team admin may also assign other individuals to have the same team admin privileges for only the same team.
